What is MyPlate?

Introduce “MyPlate” to your students and review the following links/files with them:

MyPlate menu plan: Print a copy for each student.

Ask students to use the chart above to record the food groups you eat and drink during the day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and your snacks.

Ask them to fill out what they ate for today and yesterday to start. Discuss the choices with the group.
